I’ve used them for a while but lately with each order more mistakes are happening. I received a vape that didn’t work at all in one delivery, another time I received 9 vapes instead of 10 and with my latest order another error. Admittedly, I thought I was purchasing a mixed box of 10 but I ordered 10 of the same flavour. Though in my order notes I asked specifically for Tahitan Lime x Lemonchello vapes only. So surely whoever is packing the orders would’ve realised I made an error and infact wanted a mixed box. I contacted the company and was fobbed off, they claim when you order a box of a particular flavour the warehouse team don’t check the notes on the order. Strange process if you ask me. Acknowledge my part in the mistake of course, but due to increasingly having issues with them I won’t be ordering again.
